摘 要:该文总结了思维导图在护理实习生胸腔负压吸引临床教学中应用的经验及效果。成立思维导图应用小组,通过在胸腔负压吸引的临床教学中应用思维导图,强调了胸腔负压吸引的应用时机、合适压力、护理原则、严密观察、紧急处理、拔管指征6个方面的内容。教学后,学生出科理论考试优秀率为92.3%(48/52),操作考试优秀率为96.2%(50/52)。思维导图层次分明、条理清晰,可以帮助护理实习生快速、牢固地掌握胸腔负压吸引知识及操作。This paper introduces the experience and outcomes of application of mind map in clinical teaching of closed thoracic drainage with suction for nursing students. A mind map team was set up to apply mind map into the clinical teaching of closed thoracic drainage with suction. The time,appropriate pressure,nursing principles,close observation,emergent treatment and removal indication were emphasized. The excellent rate in theoretical exam was92.3%(48/52),and 96.2%(50/52) in clinical skills test. It has been proved that mind map can help nursing students rapidly and firmly grasp theoretical knowledge and skills about closed thoracic drainage with suction.
