摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状舌管囊肿的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析58例术前超声诊断为甲状舌管囊肿患者临床资料,与病理结果对照,分析其超声声像图特征。结果本组58例患者,与手术病理相符52例,诊断符合率为89.7%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状舌管囊肿具有较高的诊断价值,可作为临床的首选影像诊断学方法。Objective To investigate diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for thyrolingual cyst. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 58 patients with thyrolingual cyst diagnosed by preoperative ultrasound. Comparing with pathological outcome, their ultrasound imaging characteristics were analyzed. Results Among 58 cases, there were 52 cases with correspond surgical pathology, with diagnostic accordance rate as 89.7%. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound contains highly diagnostic value for thyrolingual cyst, and this method can be taken as the preferred method in clinical imaging diagnosis.
