改良Judet手术入路治疗复杂肩胛骨骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析改良Judet手术入路治疗复杂肩胛骨骨折的临床效果。方法 38例复杂肩胛骨骨折患者,均实施改良Judet手术入路治疗,观察效果。结果 38例患者术后均进行定期随访,骨折部位均复位较好,骨折愈合时间在10周左右,术后均未出现任何感染现象,未发生相应的术后并发症。其中,优15例,良21例,差2例,优良率为94.74%。结论采用改良Judet手术入路治疗复杂肩胛骨骨折可以取得非常理想的治疗效果,恢复患者的肩关节功能,具有重要的临床意义,值得推广与应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect by modified Judet operative approach in the treatment of complex scapular fracture. Methods A total of 38 complex scapular fracture patients all received modified Judet operative approach for treatment, and their effects were observed. Results All 38 patients received regular postoperative follow-up, which showed all good reduction of fracture in patients. Healing time of fracture lasted for about 10 weeks. There was no infection or related complications after operation. There were 15 excellent cases, 21 good cases and 2 poor cases, with good rate as 94.74%. Conclusion Implement of modified Judet operative approach provides ideal curative effect in treating complex scapular fracture. This method contains important clinical significance for recovering shoulder function in patients, and it is worth promoting and applying.
