郑州大学2014-2015年入学新生体检血清ALT增高原因分析

摘　　要：目的了解高校大学新生丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)增高情况并分析其原因,以期为学校卫生保健工作提供依据。方法收集郑州大学2014—2015年入学的27862名新生血清ALT体检结果进行统计分析。结果ALT增高检出率为0.56%(155/27862),男生ALT增高检出率(0.93%)明显高于女生(0.17%),且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=72.345,P<0.05);ALT增高的主要原因依次为疲劳、脂肪肝、乙肝表面抗原阳性,其构成比分别为48%、31%、10%。结论大学新生ALT增高主要由疲劳引起,高校应查明原因,明确诊断,采取不同措施,确保在校大学生的身心健康。Objective To understand the state of ALT increasing among freshmen enrolling form 2014 to 2015 in zhengzhou university,and to provide the foundation for physical examination and health protection. Methods Using statistical analysis methods to test results of ALT of 27862 college freshmen in Zhengzhou University from 2014 to 2015. Results The total percent of ALT increasing was 0. 56%（ 155 /27862）,the percent of ALT increasing in boys were significantly higher than girls（ χ2= 72. 345,P〈0. 01）. The main reasons of ALT increasing were fatigue,fatty,HBs Ag positive.Conclusion The main cause of ALT increasing was fatigue,college should find the reason and comfirm the diagnosis,take different measures to ensure the physical and health of college sudents.
