复配杀虫剂与消毒剂对德国小蠊和家蝇击倒效果的研究

摘　　要：目的研究杀虫剂与消毒剂复配后对标准试虫的击倒效果。方法根据GB/T 13917.1-2009圆筒法检测16种喷射剂对德国小蠊和家蝇的击倒中时(KT50)。结果氯菊酯在1 h、24 h分别与二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸复配组和二氯异氰尿酸钠、二溴海因复配组对德国小蠊的击倒效果与未复配组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);残杀威组原药与复配组对德国小镰的击倒效果差异无统计学意义;高效氯氰菊酯在1 h、24 h与二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸的复配组与未复配组差异无统计学意义;各实验组对德国小蠊和家蝇击倒效果为1 h>24 h>48 h。结论氯菊酯和残杀威均可做为针对德国小蠊复配的备选杀虫剂;高效氯氰菊酯可做为针对家蝇复配的备选杀虫剂;杀虫剂及其复配制剂均应在配制后尽快使用。Objective To understand the effect of mixture of insecticides and disinfectants on pest killing.Methods KT50 of the sixteen kinds of aerosol insecticides and disinfectants were tested according to GB/T 13917.1-2009 in hermetic round canister.Results There have atatistical significant differences（P〈0.01） between permethrin and permethrin dichloroisocyanurate sodium group,permethrin symclosene group in 1 h,permethrin dichloroisocyanurate sodium group,permethrin dibromohydantoin group in 24 h on KT50 of Blattella germanica,permethrin is better than complex grop;There have no atatistical significant differences between propoxur and complex grop,the mixture of propoxur and disinfectants have no effect on KT50 of Blattella germanica;There have no atatistical significant differences between beta-cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin dichloroisocyanurate sodium grop,beta-cypermethrin symclosene group in 1 h、24 h on KT50 of Musca domestica,the mixture of beta-cypermethrin and disinfectants have no effect on KT50 of Blattella germanica;The reshlt of each experimental group on KT50 of Blattella germanica and Musca domestica is 1 h 24 h 48 h.Conclusion The permethrin and propoxur can be the options of combination to Blattella germanica;The beta-cypermethrin can be the options of combination to Musca domestica;Insecticide and his mixture should be used immediately.
