基 金:WHO2012/2013年度加强西部省份人禽流感监测能力项目
摘 要:目的了解青海湖及周边地区禽流感病毒的流行情况。方法每月对在青海湖及周边地区5个监测点采集野禽和家禽的粪便、水样等环境标本进行禽流感病毒分离,用Real-time PCR法鉴定。结果 2012年7~12月共采集标本3 680份,分离到禽流感病毒27株,其中H9N2亚型13株、H5N1亚型7株、H4N6亚型4株、H13N8亚型2株、H3N2亚型1株,构成比分别为48.2%、25.9%、14.8%、7.4%、3.7%。结论除H5N1亚型禽流感病毒外,青海湖地区新发现H9N2、H3N2、H4N6、H13N8多种亚型禽流感病毒流行。应继续加强监测工作,为该地区禽流感防控工作提供技术支持。Objective To know the epidemic situation of avian influenza viruses in Qinghai Lake Areas.Methods Avian influenza environment samples were collected in 5 monitoring points monthly,for virus isolation,and Identificated by Real-time PCR.Results 3 680 environmental samples were collected from July to December in 2012,27 strains AIV were isolated,13 strains were H9N2 subtype,7 strains were H5N1 subtype,4 strains were H4N6 subtype,2 strains were H13N8 subtype,1strain was H3N2 subtype.Composition ratio were 48.2%,25.9%,14.8%,7.4%,3.7% respectively.Conclusion In addition to the previously reported H5N1 subtype avian influenza,four newly subtypes of AIV were discoveried in Qinghai Lake Area,continue to strengthen monitoring,provide technical support for the prevention and control of avian influenza in the region.
