摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市医疗机构污水处理状况和处理效果。方法对乌鲁木齐市62家医疗机构污水处置情况进行调查,对消毒处理后的污水进行检测与分析。结果乌鲁木齐市62家医疗机构中安装水污染物处理设施的有49家,处置率为79.0%。采集消毒处理后污水49份,合格率为71.4%。各级医疗机构处理后污水监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.764,P>0.05);专业公司托管和医疗机构自管污水处理装置,处理后污水合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.702,P>0.05)。结论医疗机构污水处理质量有待提高,应加大管理和监测力度。Objective To understand Urumqi medical condition and treatment effect of sewage treatment.Methods Investigate Urumqi 62 medical institutions about the situation of sewage treatment,sewage treatment after disinfection was carried out for detection and analysis.Results 49 of 62 medical institutions installed a water pollutant treatment facilities in Urumqi,disposed was 79.0%.Disinfection after collecting 49 parts water,a pass rate was 71.4%.Medical institutions at all levels to monitor the sewage passing rate after treatment difference was not statistically significant（χ^2= 2.764,P〈0.05）;sewage passing rate differences professional hosting companies and medical institutions from the tube sewage treatment plant,after treatment was not statistically significant（χ^2= 0.702,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sewage quality of medical institutions need to be improved,should strengthen the management and monitoring efforts.
