摘 要:为降低光引发剂的迁移性,本文以2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(1173)、丙烯酰氯以及哌嗪为原料合成了迁移性较低的双官能度光引发剂1173Ac PA。通过紫外光谱研究了光引发剂的紫外吸收、光降解性能和迁移性能,以及利用实时红外引发剂含量、紫外光辐照强度以及单体对光聚合动力学的影响。结果表明,1173Ac PA经120 s光照时间后,其在243.6 nm处的吸光度降低了43.29%。与1173相比,1173Ac PA的迁移性能有所降低。增加光引发剂含量和紫外光辐照强度均可增加光聚合速率和单体最终转化率。A bifunctional photoinitiator(1173AcPA) with low migration was synthesized by using 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone(1173),acryloyl chloride and piperazine as raw materials in order to reduce the migration of photoinitiator.The properties of UV absorption,degradation and migration were studied by UV absorption spectra.The effects of the concentration of 1173 AcPA,light intensity and monomer on the polymerization kinetics were investigated by real-time infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the intensity of the absorption peak at 243.6 nm of 1173 AcPA decreased43.29%after irradiating 120 s.The migration performance of 1173 AcPA is lower than 1173.With the increasing of the concentration of 1173 AcPA and the light intensity,the photopoljonerization rate and the final double bond conversion of the monomer were enhanced.The more functionality of monomer has,the lower of the double bond conversion is.
