摘　　要：Blackboard在线教学管理平台是集成高效、功能强大的综合性网络"教"、"学"平台。本文在阐述了新形势下基于Bb网络教学平台下进行"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程教学改革的必要性及设计原则,探究了设计Bb网络教学内容,进而有效提高思想政治理论课的育人成效。Blackboard online teaching management platform,integrated,highly effective,powerful and comprehensive network of ＂teaching＂ and ＂learning＂ platform.Bb is discussed in this paper the network teaching platform of ＂thought morals tutelage and legal foundation＂ the necessity of teaching reform and the design principle,explores the design Bb network teaching content,thus effectively improving the efficiency of the education of ideological and political theory course.
