摘　　要：众所周知,21世纪是网络知识的时代,互联网对民众的学习、生活和工作都产生着不同程度的影响,相应的,扶持和发展大学生网络就业逐渐成为了现阶段教育工作者及业内人士关心和重视的话题,并且从国内外大学生网络就业平台的构建和应用上发现,网络就业体系的使用对于大学生就业难、难就业等问题的解决确实有着十分重要的促进作用。基于此,本文采用理论分析和实地调查的方式就大学生就业的现状进行了分析,发现了其中存在的压力和困难,进一步结合自身多年的实践经验和相关的调查研究就如何有效的开发与构建大学生网络就业体系提出了相关的建议和意见。希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,在引起更多业界人士关心和重视大学生网络就业体系开发与构建工作的前提下,使得大学生就业难等问题得到有效的缓解和规避。In the 21 st century is the era of network knowledge,nurture and develop college students＇ employment gradually become the topic of education workers care and attention to at present stage,the use of the network system of employment for solving the problems of the college students＇ employment difficult,difficult employment,really has a very important role in promoting.Based on this,this article adopts the way of theoretical analysis and field survey,it analyzes the status of university students＇ employment,discovered the existence of pressure and difficulties,how to effective development and construction of college students network employment system put forward some Suggestions and opinions.Hope to be able to make university students＇ employment difficult problems,such as the ease of effectively.
