摘 要:为了改善太阳能背板用胶黏剂的耐紫外与抗氧化性,使之长时间暴露于紫外线而不引起黄变,并对高温、高湿度和太阳光具有足够的耐久性,将抗氧剂和光稳定剂添加于材料中,抑制或降低材料的热氧化和光氧化反应速度,提高材料的耐热、耐光性能,延缓材料的降解和老化。本文在研究不同的稳定剂结构与性能基础上将各种类型的稳定剂应用于配方中,通过测试与研究,得出合适的稳定剂来改善太阳能电池背板用胶黏剂耐黄变性能。In order to improve the UV and oxidation resistanceof the adhesive with the solae battery,which prolonged exposure in the ultraviolet light without causing the color change,and it had sufficient durability with the high temperature,high humidity and sunlight.The material was added the antioxidants and light stabilizers,which could make the oxidation and photo-oxidation reaction rate of the macromolecule material Inhibit or reduce,besides it could increase the heat and light properties of materials and defer the degradable aging of the materials.In this paper,based on the study of the structure and properties with the different stabilizers,furthermore they were be used in the formulation,By testing and research,we choosed the appropriate stabilizers to improve the performance of the adhesives with the solar battery back-yellowing.
