层压过程对背板粘接涂层的影响

摘　　要：通过对涂层背板层压处理样片与原始样片的研究发现,背板层压后粘结涂层的老化黄变较原始样片偏大,黄变增加会影响组件的使用和发电性能。针对上述问题,研究了层压过程中的温度、压力、EVA对背板粘结涂层的影响,对层压处理后的背板粘结涂层进行了微观分析与老化测试,并分析了导致层压后涂层性能变化的原因。Through the study of the coating backsheet laminated samples and original samples found that,in terms of yellowing after aging backsheet laminated sample is greater than the original sample,Increased yellowing will affect the use and the power generation performance of the solar cell module.Aiming at the above problems,study tht effects of temperature,pressure,EVA in the lamination process on the backsheet of the bonding coating,bonding coating on laminated backsheet has carried on the microscopic analysis and aging test,and analyzes the causes of change in the coating properties after lamination.
