摘　　要：抚顺特殊钢股份有限公司采用EAF—LF—VD—CC—CR短流程工艺生产以S45CVS为代表的高档非调质曲轴用钢。通过控制电炉出钢氧含量、优化预脱氧工艺、改进调硫方法、控制终点铝含量、合理选择连铸参数、控温控轧等措施,稳定地控制钢液可浇性、连铸坯质量、钢材夹杂物级别、钢材表面质量、钢材氧含量及钢材晶粒度,实现了低成本生产高档非调质曲轴用钢。The high grade non-quenched-tempered crankshaft steels such as S45 CVS were produced through short process EAF—LF—VD—CC—CR in Fushun Special Steel Shares Co.,Ltd.By controlling the oxygen content of steel during EAF tapping,optimizing pre-deoxidation process,improving sulfur regulating method,controlling the endpoint aluminum content,selecting the reasonable parameters of CC process,controlling temperature and controlling rolling,etc,the castability of molten steel,the quality of billet,the inclusions grade of steel,the surface quality of steel,and the oxygen content and the grain size of steel were controlled stably.It was realized that the high grade non-quenched-tempered crankshaft steel was produced with low cost.
