摘 要:为研究铸造工业产生的固体废弃物-水玻璃旧砂制备砂基透水烧结路面砖的可行性,研究了水玻璃旧砂掺量、煤矸石粒径、烧结温度和保温时间对透水烧结路面砖透水系数和抗压强度的影响,并通过微观结构分析了水玻璃旧砂制备透水烧结路面砖的机理.结果表明:采用水玻璃旧砂可以制备出透水系数和抗压强度均满足国家标准要求的透水烧结路面砖;水玻璃旧砂掺量为70%时,透水烧结路面砖的综合性能较好;煤矸石粒度为0.16~2.5mm时,透水烧结路面砖的透水系数和抗压强度均可以达到国家标准的要求;烧成温度为1000℃时制得的透水烧结路面砖的透水系数和抗压强度已经可以满足国家标准的要求;制备水玻璃旧砂基透水烧结路面砖较适宜的保温时间为40-60min.In order to discuss the feasibility of preparation of permeable fired paving bricks based on used sodium silicate sands that were solid wastes of the foundry industrial, this paper studied the effects of some factors on the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable fired paving bricks. The factors included mixing amount of used sodium silicate sand, particle size of coal gangue, sintering temperature and holding time. And the preparation mechanism of the permeable fired paving bricks based on used sodium silicate sands was analyzed by micro-structure. The results show that the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable fired paving bricks based on used sodium silicate sands can meet the requirements of national standards. The combination property of permeable fired paving bricks is better when the mixing amount of used sodium silicate sand is 70%. The permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable fired paving bricks could reach the requirements of national standards when the particle size of coal gangue is 0.16-2.5 mm and the sintering temperature achieves 1 000℃. And the suitable holding time is 40-60 min.
