技术集聚视阈下的珠海高新区提升对策研究

摘　　要：新兴产业与技术普遍具有集聚发展的特征,技术集聚的形成由技术集聚力和定位因素共同决定,技术集聚区具有三重促进知识更快生产与转移的机制,一个地区要想保持长期的产业竞争力就应该着眼于建设成高水平的技术集聚区。珠海(国家)高新技术开发区的建设经历了从集中到分散、从全国排名倒数第二到进入前26%的演变过程,这种显著的绩效提升是采取了如下四个方面政策措施的结果:调整区位和空间格局、集群化产业布局、构建完整的产业生态系统、完善辅助支持系统。It is a common phenomenon that the newest industry and technology develop agglomeratively. The technological agglomeration in reality is commonly shaped by the force of agglomeration and the locating factors. The permanent technological advantage of technological agglomeration may be attributed to its mechanism of knowledge production and transfer. Zhuhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone（ZHIDZ） has experienced shifts from centralized to decentralized and from ranked last but one to ranked top 30%.This significant change of performance results from the measures of the following aspects ：to adjust the location and space frame of the zone, to cluster the industries in the zone, to establish holonomic ecosystem of the specialized industry and to improve the supporting system of the zone.
