摘　　要：本文以我国西部地区为研究对象,选取2006-2013年的面板数据,建立合理的评价体系,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法对该地区的科技金融发展效率进行系统评价。研究发现,西部地区科技金融发展效率整体上达到了有效状态,但与经济发展水平并不呈正相关关系,规模效率整体较低。This paper took the western region in China as the research object, selected the 2006-2013 panel data, to establish a reasonable evaluation system, and use the DEA-Malmquist index method to evaluate the region science and technology on the efficiency of financial development. The study found that the overall financial de-velopment efficiency of science and technology achieves the effective in western China, but is not positively correlated relationship with the economic development level, and low scale efficiency as a whole.
