摘　　要：针对河北省保障性住房各环节存在的问题,论文选取住房保障对象诚信评价的视角,以问题为依据,构建河北省住房保障对象诚信评价指标体系,并确立评价方法和评价等级。最后,从奖惩并举、分级监管等方面提出评价结果运用的方案。according to the problems of He Bei housing exists in each link, the paper selects the perspective of housing security object integrity evaluation, On the basis of problems to build housing security object integrity evaluation index system,establish evaluation method and levels. In the end, put forward the scheme of the evaluation results from the aspects of the rewards and punishment, the classification regulation and so on.
