摘  要:为研究HRT对厌氧氨氧化脱氮性能的影响,确定在HRT条件下实现厌氧氨氧化的运行参数。笔者采用模拟亚硝化进水,消化池污泥作为接种污泥,在UASB反应器中控制温度为30~35℃,pH为7~8,通入氩气进行脱氧,分别在不同HRT(3 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h)条件下运行一周时间,考察TN、NH_4^+-N与NO_2^--N的去除率与TN容积负荷,从而确定最佳HRT。试验结果显示,当HRT为12h时,能较好地发挥厌氧氨氧化菌的活性,得到较好的污水处理效果。试验采用UASB反应器成功启动并运行了厌氧氨氧化工艺,具有较高的脱氮性能,为厌氧氨氧化的稳定运行提供数据支持。In order to study the effect of HRT on the nitrogen removal rate of anaerobic ammonium oxidation, and determine the operating parameters of anaerobic ammonium oxidation under certain HRT condition, using simulated SBR nitrification effluent as ANAMMOX influent, sludge from digestion tank as seed sludge, the temperature in UASB reactor was controlled in the range of 30~ 35℃, p H was 7~8, inletting argon gas into the UASB reactor removed oxygen, the reactions under different HRT(3h, 6h, 12 h, 24 h, 48h) were respectively carried out for a week, removal rates of TN, NH_4~+-N and NO_2^--N were investigated as well as TN volume load, and the best HRT was determined. The results show that, when the influent NH_4~+-N is 50 mg/L and NO_2^--N is 67 mg/L, HRT is 12 h, the activity of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria is better, and the better effect of wastewater treatment can be obtained. The UASB reactor was successfully used to start and run the anaerobic ammonium oxidation process; high nitrogen removal performance was realized.
