城市污泥重金属去除的探究

摘　　要：利用热水解氧化法处理城市活性污泥过程中,加入金属络合剂可有效提高污泥中的重金属的去除率。本研究复配了两种金属络合剂,考察了污泥中重金属的去除效果,优化了反应条件,并探讨了脱除重金属的含量上限。实验结果表明:络合剂E最佳条件为反应温度200℃、反应时间60 min、固液比(城市污泥与去离子水的质量比)20:5、络合剂E浓度0.05 mol/l。在此条件下,Cu与Zn的去除率分别可达到76.24%和66.08%,重金属的去除上限为标准的2.5倍。络合剂P-2最佳反应条件为反应温度180℃、反应时间60 min、固液比20:5、络合剂P-2质量浓度4.09 g/kg。此条件下,Cu与Zn的去除率分别可达到75.24%与76.80%,重金属的去除上限为标准的2.5倍。金属络合剂E和络合剂P2的去除效果相近。考虑到污泥处理工艺,水中重金属的脱除,络合剂P-2更有优势。Adding metal complexing agent can improve the removal rate of heavy metals in sewage sludge by using thermal hydrolysis oxidation process. In this paper, two kinds of metal complexing agents were prepared, the removal effect of heavy metal in sewage sludge by using the two metal complexing agents was investigated, the reaction conditions were optimized, the upper limit of removing heavy metal was discussed. The experimental results show that, for metal complexing agent E,the best optimal condition is as follows： the reaction temperature 200 ℃, the reaction time 60 min,the complexing agent concentration 0.05mol/L and solid-liquid ratio 20：5.Under above condition, removal rates of Cu and Zn can reach to 76.24% and 76.24%, removal limit of heavy metals is 2.5 times the standard. For metal complexing agent P-2, the best optimal condition is as follows： the reaction temperature 180 ℃,the reaction time 60 min, solid-liquid ratio 20：5, metal complexing agent P-2 mass concentration 4.09 mg/kg. Under above condition, removal rates of Cu and Zn can reach to 75.24% and 76.80% respectively, removal limit of heavy metal is 2.5 times the standard. Metal complexing agent E and complexing agent P-2 have similar removal effect. Considering the sludge treatment process, complexing agent P-2 has more advantages.
