摘 要:通过未硫化胶塑性测定、硫化特性测定、硫化胶基本性能测定、炭黑分散性测定、力学性能测定、屈挠龟裂性能测定、老化性能测定和压缩生热性能测定等来判断选择SBR/TRR共混胶在农业胎侧胶中较合适的共混方法,以达到轮胎侧胶较好的性能。结果表明:2#、3#共混方法制备的胶料综合性能最优,且符合农业轮胎侧胶性能标准;一段共混方法比二段共混方法制备的胶料性能相对较好,且有利于节约台时和能源;将轮胎再生胶应用在农业轮胎生产中有利于减少环境污染,使得橡胶资源得到充分合理的循环利用。It was investigated that the influence of SBR/TRR blending methods on the performance of agricultural tyre crown.The more appropriate blending methods of SBR/TRR blend were judged and choiced bypla sticity and cure characteristics of uncured compound;and basic performance,carbon black dispersion,mechanical properties,flex crack,aging behavior,compression heat etc.of vulc anizate,in order to search the better performance of agricultural tyre side wall.The results showed that overall performance of 2# and 3# mixed stockwere best,and they metthe performance standards of agricultural tyre sidewall;The mixed stock of two-stage blending method was better than one of one-stage blending method and production units and energy were reduced;TRR is used in agricultural tyres to reduce environmental pollution,so that rubberresources can be fully recycled.
