四钛酸钾晶须的制备及吸附特性研究

摘  要:以钛酸丁酯和硝酸钾为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了K2Ti4O9晶须.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和比表面及孔径分布分析仪对试样进行了表征.结果表明,产物形貌为条带状,长径比大致为14∶1;所得K2Ti4O9晶须与氮气之间有弱的气-固相互作用,晶须之间交错堆积形成了介孔结构,比表面积为48.62m2·g-1.K2Ti4O9 whisker was prepared from tetrabutyl titanate and potassium nitrate by sol-gel method.The product was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and specific surface and pore size distribution analyzer.The results show that the product was banding,and the aspect ratio of the product was about 14:1.The K2Ti4O9 whisker had the weak gas-solid interaction with the nitrogen,and the staggered accumulation of the whiskers formed the mesoporous structure,and the specific surface area of the product reached 48.62m2·g-1.
