摘  要:利用嵌入式处理器与三相SPWM信号发生器结合作为控制器,设计三相SPWM变频电源。该电源以三相SPWM控制器SM2001作为SPWM信号发生器,采用基于ARM7TDMI内核的S3C4510B嵌入式处理器,经过驱动电路控制IGBT模块,产生变频正弦波信号。该三相变频电源设计简单,功能完善,信号精度与性价比高,系统性能满足应用要求。A three-phase SPWM variable-frequency power supply is designed by using the microcomputer and the three-phase SPWM signal generator as the controller. The internal structure and the principle of the three-phase SPWM Engine SM2001 are introduced. This power supply adopts S3C4510B based on the ARM7TDMI core as the microproces- sor, uses SM2001 as the SPWM signal generator, and controls the inversion circuit via driver circuits to produce variable frequency sinusoidal signal. The power supply has the merits of simple design, consummate function, high signal preci- sion and high cost performance. The system function meets the demands.
