摘　　要：目的：总结应用微型外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗手部关节内骨折的方法及疗效。方法2013年1月-2015年6月，对16例19指手部关节内骨折的患者，应用微型外固定支架结合有限内固定进行治疗。结果术后骨折全部愈合，愈合时间为6～12周，平均8周；按TAM标准评定手指活动度，其优良率达84.2%。结论手部关节内骨折采用微型外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗，可获得满意疗效。Objective To report methods and results of using mini external fixator combined with limited internal fixation for treatment of intra-articular fractures of the hand. Methods 19 leisions in 16 patients with intra-articular fractures of the hand were treated by mini external fixator combined with limited internal fixation from January 2013 to June 2015. Results All cases healed successfully and the average union time was 8 weeks with a range of 6 to 12 weeks; according to TAM standard, the overall good-excellent rate of joint function was 84.2%. Conclusion Mini external fixator combined with limited internal fixation is a reliable and effective treatment option for intra-articular fractures of the hand.
