拇指尺背侧皮瓣修复拇指指端软组织缺损30例

摘　　要：目的：探讨拇指尺背侧皮瓣修复拇指指端软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法2014年7月-2015年2月，对30例拇指指端缺损采用拇指尺背侧皮瓣修复，术后根据皮瓣成活情况进行评价。结果30例皮瓣全部成活，无1例发生坏死。供皮区创面植皮，拆除纱包后，皮片全部成活。术后3周开始功能锻炼。经半年随访，皮瓣弹性、色泽良好，皮瓣温度觉及痛觉恢复满意，拇指功能恢复满意。结论拇指尺背侧皮瓣修复拇指指端软组织缺损，手术操作简单，不损伤重要的血管、神经，是一种简单有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of using ulnar dorsal flap to repair the thumb soft tissue defect of finger tip. Methods From July 2014 to February 2015, 30 cases with finger tip defect of thumb were using ulnar dorsal flap to repair, postoperative evaluation was according to the flap survival situation. Results 30 flaps all survived, no case appeared necrosis, the skin grafts was applied in donor zone, demolition of yarn package, skin all survived. Functional exercise was adopted after 3 weeks. After 6 months following-up, the elasticity of flap, colour and lustre were good, thumb function, skin temperature and pain recovered satisfactory. Conclusion It is a kind of simple and effective method, for treating soft tissue defect in finger tip, that using ulnar dorsal flap of thumb, for its simple operation, no injury to blood vessels and nerves, is worthy of clinical promotion.
