桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣在修复手、腕部软组织缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的：总结和探讨桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手、腕部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法2013年4月-2015年12月，应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损16例，腕关节周围软组织缺损8例，虎口扩大成形术3例。皮瓣切取面积为1.6 cm×2.5 cm～6.0 cm×8.0 cm。结果术后皮瓣全部成活，外观和功能恢复良好。其中3例修复拇指末节软组织缺损皮瓣需Ⅱ期整形。结论桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣在修复手、腕部软组织缺损时有操作简单、皮瓣成活率高、皮瓣质地外形好，且不损伤主要动脉等优点。Objective To summarize and discuss the clinical effect of repairing hand and wrist soft tissue defect by nutrient vessel flap of superficial branch of radial nerve. Methods From April 2013 to December 2015, we used nutrient vessel flap of superficial branch of radial nerve to repair soft tissue defect of thumb in 16 cases, around the wrist in 8 cases, expand plasty in 3 cases. The repair area arranged 1.6 cm ×2.5 cm to 6.0 cm ×8.0 cm. Results All flaps survived, the appearance and function restored good, it need the second phase plastic in 3 flaps of repairing minor details soft tissue defect. Conclusion There are more advantages, such as operating easily, the high survival rate of flap, the good quality and appearance and don＆#39;t damage the main artery, that using nutrient vessel flap of superficial branch of radial nerve to repair hand and wrist soft tissue defect.
