缬沙坦联合通心络胶囊对糖尿病心肌病患者血清肌钙蛋白及SOD水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨缬沙坦联合通心络胶囊对糖尿病心肌病患者血清肌钙蛋白,SOD及生活质量的影响。方法:收集我院就诊或住院治疗的60例糖尿病心肌病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予缬沙坦口服治疗,实验组患者在此基础上给予通心络治疗。检测并比较两组患者治疗前后血清cTnI、生活质量、SOD、运动耐量的变化情况。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清cTnI和生活质量评分均下降,而SOD和运动耐量水平均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后血清cTnI和生活质量评分较低,而SOD和运动耐量水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合通心络胶囊能够降低糖尿病心肌病患者cTnI、生活质量评分,升高其SOD以及运动耐量水平,对临床具有指导意义。Objective： To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with Tongxinluo on the cTn I, SOD and life quality of patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods： 60 patients with diabetic cardiornyopathy who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with valsartan, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Tongxinluo besides the conventional methods. Then the serum levels of cTn I and SOD, and the quality of life and exercise levels were detected and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, the serum levels ofcTn I and the quality of life in the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the SOD and exercise levels increased, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Compared with the control group after treatment, the serum levels of CTN I and the quality of life in the experimental group were lower, and the SOD and exercise resistant levels were higher, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclision： Valsartan combined with Tong xinluo capsule can reduce the I cTn and quality of life, and increase the SOD and exercise tolerance in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy, which is of great clinical significance.
