摘　　要：本文结合在十几次实际的自动化控制系统工程改造设计与施工过程中遇到的问题,总结了p H计使用与保养需要注意的问题,提出了一种p H计在线监测及自动清洗改造方法。该方法充分结合利用已有的工业DCS(Distributed Control System)控制系统,并经过实际安装使用证明该项改造效果良好,不仅提高了p H计的监测准确度,而且还延长了p H计的使用寿命,节约了成本,从而提高了自动化控制系统的实际应用效率。This paper combines more than 10 times the actual automation control systems engineering design and construction problems encountered in the process, summarizes the application and maintenance of pH meter needs to pay attention to the problem, put forward a pH meter line monitor and automatic cleaning methods. The full use of the existing industrial DCS （Distributed Control System） control system, and after the actual installation show the effect applied, not only improved monitoring accuracy of pH meter, but also prolong the service life of the pH meter, saving the cost, thereby improving the practical application of the automatic control system efficiency.
