摘 要:目的:通过比较三种造模方法的科学性,以期为椎动脉型颈椎病的实验研究提供最合理的造模方法。方法:分别采用注射硬化剂造模法、力学平衡失调造模法、混合造模法制备3组椎动脉型颈椎病大鼠模型。通过X线影像分析各组大鼠颈椎退变情况;运用HE染色法进行小脑组织形态学观察;采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血浆ET含量。结果:与空白组比较,三种模型的影像学评分、血浆ET含量均明显增加,差异有显著性(P<0.01);力学平衡失调造模组与混合造模组组间影像学评分比较无统计学意义,但均高于注射硬化剂造模组(P<0.05);三组模型大鼠的血浆ET含量比较无差异。结论:三种模型制作均成功;力学平衡失调造模法与混合造模方法要优于注射硬化剂造模法。Objective: Through the comparison of the three methods of modeling, in order to provide the most reason- able modeling method for the experimental study of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods: Respectively by injection of sclerosing agent modeling method and mechanics imbalance modeling method, the mixecl mode;rag method for the preparation of 3 groups of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis rat model. Observe different model of the imaging method of scoring, the histological observation and plasma ET Content determination were compared. Results: With the blank group, three kinds of models of image score, plasma ET levels were significantly increased, the difference is very significant (P〈 0.01), mechanical balance disorders made module and hybrid modeling group group between radiographic scores, there was no significant difference, but were higher than injection of sclerosing agent modeling group(P〈 0.05); plasma ET levels of three groups of rats had no significant difference between. Conclusion: Both of the three models are successful, and the mechanical balance model method and the mixed mode method are superior to the injection molding method.
