玻璃酸钠联合中药热敷治疗髌骨软化症80例

摘　　要：目的:观察玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合中药热敷治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法:80例(96膝)患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例(50膝)采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合中药外敷治疗,对照组38例(46膝)单纯给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,2组均每周1次,5周为1个疗程,观察膝关节VAS疼痛评分及功能改善情况,随访1年观察疗效并进行评定。结果:80例(96膝)患者均得到随访,治疗组为97.62%,对照组为84.21%,治疗组有效率与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合中药热敷治疗髌骨软化症疼痛缓解明显,功能恢复较好,有良好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate combined traditional Chinese medicine of patella softening heat treated 80 cases of clinical curative effect. Methods： 80 patients（96 knees） were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group 42 cases（50 knees） with articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate was Chinese medicine external treatment, control group 38 cases（46 knees） simply gives articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate： both group 1 times a week, and 5 weeks for a period of treatment, observation of knee pain VAS score and function to improve the situation, treatment and follow-up of 1 year to assess. Results： 80 cases（96 knees） patients were followed up, the treatment group was 97.61%, the control group was 89.47%, the total effective rate in treatment group compared with control group, with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate combined treatment of patella softening with TCM hot compress pain relief, function recovery is good, has the good curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
