联防联控工作机制在布鲁氏杆菌病干预试点中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过评价联防联控工作机制在布鲁氏杆菌病(简称布病)防治中的效果,探索人间布病防控有效措施,为科学防治提供理论依据。方法采用SPSS 19.0等统计软件对石家庄市所辖平山县、赞皇县、井陉县、元氏县、行唐县和鹿泉市6个县(市)干预前后职业人群健康知识知晓率、健康行为形成率、发病率、血清学阳性率,以及急性期、亚急性期病人就诊率等指标进行分析,评价防控措施的效果。结果干预后职业人群布病健康知识知晓率由57.35%上升到92.30%;健康行为习惯形成率由43.59%上升到76.20%;血清学阳性率由11.64%下降到4.85%;布病发病率第一年干预后上升到6.14/10万,之后逐年下降,分别为5.92/10万和5.16/10万;急性期、亚急性期病人就诊率由50.91%上升到93.97%。结论联防联控工作机制良好运行,可以有效地提高职业人群布病防治水平,使其逐步养成健康的生产、生活方式,减少被感染机会,有效控制布病疫情上升态势。Objective Research on effective intervention measures of by evaluated the effect of joint prevention and control methods,in order to provide scientific basis for controlling brucellosis. Methods Compared the rate of knowledge awareness,health behavior forming, brucellosis rate, serological positive and acute, subacute patients visit in brucellosis occupational groups in Pingshan,Zanhuang,Jingxing,Yuanshi,Xingtang County and Luquan Town of Shijiazhuang City before and after intervention,intervention effect was analyzed with SPSS 19. 0 statistic software. Results After intervention knowledge awareness rate of occupational group in Shijiazhuang was increased from 57. 35% to 92. 30%,health behavior forming rate was increased from 43. 59% to 76. 20%; serological positive rate was reduced from 11. 64% to 4. 85%,but brucellosis rate increased 6. 14 /100 thousands after first year intervention and then decreased to 5. 92 /100 thousands and 5. 16 /100 thousands year by year,acute,subacute patients visit rate increased from 50. 91% to 93. 97%. Conclusion Joint prevention and control mechanism runs well,it’ s effective for increasing brucellosis prevention and control level of occupational group,improving health behavior of producing and life,reducing rate,finally controlled the increasing rate of brucellosis.
