摘  要:目的了解芒市2011-2014年疟疾传播媒介种群组成、数量及季节消长情况,为消除疟疾提供科学依据。方法采用人工和诱蚊灯捕蚊法,在监测点不同场所捕获按蚊并进行分类鉴定。结果 2011-2014年在各监测点捕获按蚊1 063只,以中华按蚊为优势种,占按蚊种群的79.49%,其它按蚊数仅占20.51%。不同年度按蚊捕获数基本一致,活动季节以7~9月为高峰,与1983年资料相比,按蚊种类和数量均相对减少。未捕获疟疾重要传播媒介微小按蚊。结论监测区按蚊数量大幅度减少,连续4年未发现疟疾传播媒介微小按蚊踪迹。Objective To analysis the composition,number and seasonal distribution of malaria transmission medium in Mangshi from 2011 to 2014,and provide evidence for implementing the malaria elimination program. Methods Malaria mosquitoes were collected by light- traps and human landing catches in monitoring sites, and do some classification and identification. Results A total of 1 063 malaria mosquitoes were captured. The Anopheles sinensis was the main vehicle of transmission,79. 49% of the total malaria mosquitoes,and the other malaria mosquitoes only had 20. 51%. The malaria mosquitoes catches were the same in different years. The seasonal peak appeared from July to September. The composition and number of malaria mosquitoes were decreased compared with 1983. There was no Anopheles minimus. Conclusion The number of malaria mosquitoes has fallen substantially in monitoring sites,and there were no Anopheles minimus last 4 years.
