河北省2008-2014年肺结核病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北省2008-2014年肺结核疫情状况及流行特征。方法从＂中国疾病预防控制信息系统＂导出河北省2008-2014年报告肺结核发病信息,并使用Excel和Visual FoxPro对数据进行汇总分析。结果河北省2008-2014年共报告肺结核病例279 419例,年平均报告发病率为55.4/10万,呈逐年下降趋势,年递降率5.0%;全年发病呈逐月减少趋势。11个市肺结核发病率在67.4/10万~42.5/10万之间,承德市、张家口市较高,唐山、秦皇岛市较低。男、女年均报告发病率分别为74.5/10万和35.5/10万;15岁以下儿童年均报告发病率最低（2.5/10万）,75~岁年龄组最高（134.6/10万）。农、牧、渔民病例占76.9%,且构成比逐年升高。结核病总耐药率26.8%（初治15.1%,复治49.6%）,单耐药率8.5%（初治8.2%,复治8.9%）。结论河北省结核病发病呈逐年下降趋势,有地区、职业、性别和年龄差异,耐药率较低。Objective To analyze the epidemic feature of tuberculosis in Hebei Province from 2008 to 2014. Methods The data of tuberculosis were collected by China information system for disease control and prevention,and analyzed by Excel and Visual FoxPro software. Results 279 419 tuberculosis cases were reported during 2008- 2014 in Hebei Province,annually mean incidence rate was 55. 4 per100 000,and it was declined yearly,the annual decline rate 5. 0%,tuberculosis Incidence was decreased month by month. In 11 cities,the incidence rates were between 67. 4 per100 000 and 42. 5 per100 000,were higher in Chengde and Zhangjiakou,and lower in Tangshan and Qjnhuangdao. The incidence rate was 74. 5 per100 000 of male and 35. 5per100 000 of female,was 2. 5 per100 000 and 134. 6 per100 000 in 〈 15 and 〉 75 years old respectively. The percentage composition was high for Agriculture- husbandry – fisherfolk（ 76. 9%）,and increased year by year. The total drug resistance rate of tuberculosis is 26. 8%（ new case 15. 1%,retreatment case 49. 6%）. Conclusion he epidemic situation of tuberculosis emerges decline in Hebei Province. Epidemic situation was different between regions,urban and rural areas,genders and ages. The rate of anti- tuberculosis drug resistance in Hebei is slightly lower than average of China.
