保定市致病性肺炎链球菌分子分型研究

摘　　要：目的了解保定市肺炎链球菌血清型分布,为肺炎疫苗的免疫预防提供依据。方法收集2013-2015年保定市3家医院临床分离的非重复性肺炎链球菌210株,采用PCR方法进行鉴定和分型,并对实验结果进行分析。结果210株肺炎链球菌主要菌型有19F、19A、6A/6B,分别达到30.0%、16.7%、11.0%;55株成人肺炎链球菌主要菌型有19F、5、19A血清型(群),分别达到18.2%、16.4%、14.5%;155株儿童肺炎链球菌主要菌型有19F、19A、6A/6B血清型(群),分别达到34.2%、17.4%、14.7%;31株侵袭性儿童肺炎链球菌主要菌型有19F、19A、6A/6B、14和1血清型(群),分别达到25.8%、16.1%、12.9%、12.9%、9.7%。结论肺炎链球菌血清型分布在地区之间、儿童与成人之间及侵袭性与非侵袭性菌株之间存在差异,应综合考虑以上因素,合理选用预防疫苗。Objective To understand the distribution of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype of Baoding,and to provide the basis for immune prevention of Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine. Methods 210 clinical isolates of non- repetitive Streptococcus pneumonia were collected from 3 hospitals from 2013 to 2015. The isolates were identified and classified by PCR,then the experimental results were analyzed. Results The most prevalent type in 210 Streptococcus pneumoniae isolates were 19F（ 30. 0%）,19A（ 16. 7%）,6A/6B（ 11. 0%）. The most common serotypes in 55 adult Streptococcus pneumoniae isolates were 19F（ 18. 2%）,5（ 16. 4%）,19A（ 14. 5%）. The most prevalent type in 155 children isolates were 19F（ 34. 2%）,19A（ 17. 4%）,6A/6B（ 14. 7%）. The major strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were 19F（ 25. 8%）,19A（ 16. 1%）,6A/6B（ 12. 9%）,14（ 12. 9%）and 1（ 9. 7%）. Conclusion Streptococcus pneumonia serotype distribution were differences between regions,children and adults,invasive and noninvasive strains. The above factors must be taken into consideration for selecting appropriate preventive.
