摘　　要：目的了解重庆市北碚区艾滋病患者对国家艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗接受度不高的原因,为制订艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗措施提供科学依据。方法采用病例对照研究方法,对辖区内330例艾滋病患者进行问卷调查,用单因素Logistic分析方法对艾滋病患者参加免费抗病毒治疗的因素进行分析。结果调查资料显示,觉得没有必要吃药、害怕过早吃药产生抗药性和无法承担检测费用是艾滋病患者未接受治疗的主要原因。结论加强沟通,使患者明白药物的利弊。加大对目标人群艾滋病抗病毒治疗的宣传力度,对符合抗病毒治疗的人群给予经济支持,持续地对患者提供咨询和关怀支持服务,提高其治疗依从性。Objective To understand the cause of AIDS patients to understand the area is not high on the national free antiretroviral treatment of AIDS,in order to find effective interventions and solutions to prevent and control HIV spreading. Methods A case- control study on the area of 330 cases of AIDS questionnaire,Logistic single factor analysis method to participate in AIDS patients free antiretroviral treatment factors were analyzed. Results Survey data showed that respondents think no need to take medicinde,fear of resistant early to take medicine and unable to bear the testing cost are the main reason for the untreated among AIDS patients. Conclusion The effective measures should be taken to improve AIDS free antiretroviral treatment coverage. Such as strengthen the propaganda of AIDS antiviral therapy to target groups,give financial support to the antiviral treatment of people,provide consulting and suppot services,improve compliance.
