准噶尔盆地超深井钻井液体系的研究与应用

摘　　要：新疆准噶尔盆地达巴松凸起地层岩性复杂,地层压力体系多变,钻井过程中易发生喷、漏、塌、卡等复杂事故,钻井施工难度大,对钻井液性能要求高。针对地层复杂情况,室内研究出用胺基钻井液体系钻长裸眼二开井段,用有机盐钻井液体系钻高压高温三开和四开井段,并成功地在DT1井应用。室内研究和现场应用结果表明:该钻井液体系具有很好的流变性,滤失量小,泥饼质量好,润滑性好,抑制性强,抗污染能力强。现场应用时井壁稳定,没有出现高压地层井喷和裂缝地层井漏等问题,全井无井下复杂事故,各次完钻电测和下套管均一次成功。该井的试验成功为后续探井高效钻探奠定了良好的技术基础。Accidents of blow out,lost circulation,borehole collapse,pipe-sticking and difficult for well drilling because of complicate lithology and a changeable formation pressure in Dabasong bulge of Junggar Basin,high performance of drilling fluid was required.In allusion to the complex formation,an amine based drilling fluid was successfully developed in laboratory for drilling the long open hole for 2nd spud-in section,organic salt drilling fluid was used for 3rd and 4th spud-in drillings in the formation with high temperature and high pressure and the technology was successfully used in Well DT1.The laboratory study and field application indicate that the drilling fluid system has good rheology,low filtration loss,better cake building ability,good lubricity,strong inhibition and strong antipollution ability.The field application shows that borehole is stable in field application,it successfully solves the problems of blow out in the formation with high temperature and high pressure and lost circulation in fractured layers without complex down hole accidents in drilling and the logging and casing running are successfully completed without complication of operation.Successful field tests lay a solid technological foundation for the high-efficiency drilling of follow-up exploration wells.
