摘　　要：阐述了密闭铁合金电炉煤气干法净化的目的和意义,介绍了铁合金煤气干法净化新工艺和主要设备,强调了煤气干法净化系统操作要点。运行试验表明,该干法工艺净化效率高,节能40%以上,节水90%,是未来铁合金煤气净化的主流技术。This article describes the purpose and significance of the closed ferroalloy electric furnace gas dry purification and reveals the new technology and major equipment of ferroalloy gas dry scrubbing,emphasizing operating points of gas dry scrubbing system. Tests show that removal efficiency of the dry process is high,energy- saving is more than 40% and water- saving is 90%,which will be the future mainstream of ferroalloy gas purification technology.
