摘  要:为了研究基于风险的检验(RBI)中燃烧、爆炸后果分析方法在实际应用中的效果,以API 581为基础,介绍了Level 1分析法、Level 2分析法及分析流程;然后,以油气分离器为例,根据API 581推荐的Level 1分析法编写VB程序,计算后果面积,采用PHAST软件计算Level 2分析法的后果面积;对比分析两种方法的计算结果,以及二者计算准确性的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:Level 1法比Level 2法简单,但其计算准确性较低;后果面积计算准确性的主要影响因素包括潜在泄漏质量、能量调整系数和液相后果计算面积公式选用等;应用时应兼顾两种方法的计算精度和经济效益,并选取合适的分析方法。In order to study the practical application effect of analysis methods for combustion and explosion consequence in risk-based inspection( RBI),the Level 1 and Level 2 analysis methods and processes were introduced based on API 581.Taking the oil-gas separator as example,the VB program was compiled to calculate the consequence areas according to the Level 1 analysis method recommended by API 581,and the consequence areas of Level 2 analysis method were calculated by using PHAST software. The comparison analysis was conducted on the calculation results and the main influencing factors of accuracy for two methods. The results showed that the Level 1 method is simpler than Level 2 method,but its calculation accuracy is lower. The main influencing factors of calculation accuracy on consequence area include the potential leakage quality,the energy adjustment coefficient and the selection of calculation formula for liquid consequence area. The calculation accuracy and economic benefit of two methods should be taken into account in application,and the appropriate analysis method should be selected.
