摘 要:目的:通过观察绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者经过不同程度有氧运动后其骨密度及雌激素水平变化,探讨不同程度有氧运动对PMOP患者骨密度的影响及其可能机制。方法选取80例51~64岁PMOP患者,随机分成4组,分别为对照组(n=20)、低强度运动组(n=20)、中强度运动组(n=20),大强度运动组(n=20)。对照组不参加体育锻炼,实验期间保持原有生活习惯;运动组参与6个月有氧运动。分别测定各组实验对象实验前及实验后的雌激素、骨密度水平,将获得的数据进行统计学处理。结果低强度有氧运动对PMOP患者骨密度和雌激素水平无显著变化,中等、大强度的有氧运动能显著改善PMOP患者骨密度及雌激素水平。结论中等、大强度的运动能改善骨密度,其机制可能与其提升绝经后妇女雌激素水平有关。Objective To observe the variability of bone density and estrogen among patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) after taking aerobic exercises and to discuss the effects of aerobic exercises on the potential treatment principles of patients with PMOP.Methods 80 subjects with PMOP are randomly categorized into 4 groups, control group (n=20), little intensity aerobic exercise group (n=20), moderate intensity aerobic exercise group (n=20) and high intensity aerobic exercise group (n=20). In the experiment, subjects in the control group have no aerobic exercise and maintain the old lifestyle. Subjects in the other three are required to have 6-month aerobic exercise. The data of aerobic and non-aerobic groups in the amount of bone density and estrogen are required to collect before and after the experiment and processed into statistics.ResultsAfter doing 6-month aerobic exercise, bone density and estrogen increase signiifcantly in moderate intensity and high intensity exercise groups (P〈0.05) compared with the control group, whose bone density and estrogen remain unchanged. Conclusion Moderate and high-intensity aerobic exercise are ameliorating bone density, which is related to the increase of estrogen for women in menopause.
