摘  要:目的建立一种高效、灵敏、简便的生活饮用水中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法生活应用水中的16种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质经C18玻璃固相萃取小柱富集净化,以HP5-MS色谱柱分离,质谱SIM模式检测,内标定量。结果 16种邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度为0 mg/L^2 mg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均>0.997 1,检出限为0.02μg/L^0.09μg/L。在40μg/L、200μg/L 2种浓度水平下,平均加标回收率为72%~112%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.32%~10.10%。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,适合生活饮用水中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的测定。Objective To develop an effective,sensitive and simple method for the determination of 16 kinds of PAEs in drinking water by gas chromatography mass spectrometry after solid phase extraction. Methods The 16 kinds of PAEs in water sample were enriched and purified with C18 SPE column,and then separated on HP- 5MS chromatographic column,and detected with mass spectrometer in SIM mode. The internal standard curves were used for qualification. Results Good linearity was obtained when the concentrations of the 16 kinds of PAEs were within 0 μg / L- 2 000 μg / L,with the correlation coefficient( r) 0. 997 1,and the detection limits of the method were within 0. 02 μg / L- 0. 09 μg / L. The average recoveries were within72%- 112% at the spiked concentration levels of 40 μg / l and 200 μg / l,with the relative standard deviation( RSD) within1. 32%- 10. 10%. Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive,and can be applied for determination of 16 PAEs in drinking water.
