摘  要:目的了解新疆食源性疾病监测中志贺菌临床分离菌株的菌群分布及福氏志贺菌脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型的特征。方法通过对80株志贺菌临床分离株的生化和血清学鉴定,掌握其菌群和菌型的分布,同时用PFGE和Bio Numerics 6.6软件对福氏志贺菌的DNA指纹图谱进行分子分型和聚类分析。结果 2013年-2015年食源性疾病监测分离到的80株志贺菌中以福氏志贺菌占比最高(83.75%),其次为宋内志贺菌(12.5%)、痢疾志贺菌(2.5%)。福氏志贺菌为优势菌群,其菌型则以福氏2a型占比最高(38.81%),其次为福氏2b型(20.90%)、福氏1b(14.93%),不同年间菌型的分布有所不同。结论福氏志贺菌2a型、2b型为新疆食源性监测中志贺菌的优势菌型,福氏志贺菌PFGE带型呈多样性,同一种血清型的PFGE带型分布呈集中和分散2种形式,同一血清型呈现不同带型,其遗传相关性与表型并不一致。Objective To explore the distribution of clinical Shigella isolates in Xinjiang center for food- borne disease surveillance and the molecular typing characteristics of Shigella Flexneri strains by pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE). Methods 80 strains of clinical Shigella isolates were conducted for biochemical and serological identification so as to explore the distribution of flora and serotypes. At the same time,PFGE and Bio Numerics 6. 6 were conducted for the molecular typing and cluster analysis of Shigella DNA fingerprint. Results Among 80 Shigella strains isolated from food borne surveillance during 2013- 2015,S.flexneri strains were the most common( 83. 75%),followed by S. sonnei( 12. 5%) and S. dysenteriae( 2. 5%). Among the S.flexneri strains,type 2a was the dominant( 38. 81%),followed by type 2b( 20. 90%) and type 1b( 14. 93%),which distributed differently with years. Conclusion Type 2a and type 2b of S. flexneri were dominant serotypes from food borne diseases surveillance in Xinjiang. The PEGE types of S. flexneri strains showed diversity. The PEGE types of the same serotype gave two band patterns: concentrated and disperse. The strains of the same serotype gave different band patterns,which shows difference between genetic correlation and phenotype.
