摘 要:目的对一株有自凝现象的可疑沙门菌进行生化反应,swarm传代,血清学鉴定及荧光PCR检测分析。方法采用培养基生长特征、革兰染色镜检、肠杆菌生化鉴定板条ID32E经ATB1525全自动生化鉴定系统鉴定、swarm琼脂传代、血清学凝集试验、荧光PCR检测。结果该菌株通过用培养基生长特征、革兰染色镜检、ATB1525全自动生化鉴定系统、荧光PCR确定为沙门菌;血清学凝集试验该菌株为粗糙型,生理盐水有自凝现象(++),经沙门菌血清学鉴定用培养基swarm琼脂传代7次后,消除自凝现象,生理盐水凝集(-),菌株由粗糙型(R)向光滑型(S)转变,符合肠炎沙门菌血清型(9,12∶g,m∶-)。结论该菌是一株粗糙型肠炎沙门菌,经swarm琼脂传代由R向S转变为光滑型。Objective A suspicious Salmonella strain with the self- coagulation was conducted for biochemical tests,swarm generations,serological identification and fluorescent PCR detection. Methods The Salmonella strain was observed for growth characteristics in different culture mediums, gram staining microscopy and automatic biochemical identification system( ATB1525) with Enterobacter lath( ID32E),swarm agar several generations,serological tests and fluorescent PCR detection.Results The strain was identified as Salmonella by the medium growth characteristics,gram staining microscopy,automatic biochemical identification system( ATB1525) and fluorescence PCR. The strain was a rough type by serological identification,and physiological saline had the self- agglutinating( + +). But after 7 passages with culture medium swarm agar by serological identification of Salmonella,the self coagulation phenomenon was eliminated,and saline agglutination(-) turned up; it changed from rough type( R) to smooth type( S) and was accorded with the Salmonella causing enteritidis( 9,12∶g,m∶-).Conclusion The strain is Salmonella causing enteritidis with a rough type,it changes from R to S finally into a smooth type after inoculating on swarm agar.
