摘　　要：目的调查医院男性泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染及耐药情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法对291例男性泌尿生殖道炎症患者分泌物进行解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)培养及药敏试验。结果 291例患者中,137例支原体检测阳性,检出率为47.1%。其中Uu阳性134例(46.0%),Mh阳性39例(13.4%),Uu+Mh混合感染36例(12.4%)。药敏结果表明,支原体对强力霉素和美满霉素较敏感;对大环内酯类抗菌药物耐药率差异较大,其中对交沙霉素耐药率接近20%;对3种喹诺酮类敏感率均<35%,氧氟沙星耐药率最高;多重耐药现象明显。结论本地区男性泌尿生殖道感染患者中支原体感染存在普遍,以Uu为感染主,支原体对多种抗菌药物存在耐药,药敏试验能为男性泌尿生殖道感染患者合理用药提供支持。Objective To investigate the mycoplasma infection and drug resistance among the male patients with urogenital tract infection,so as to provide basis for the clinical reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test were conducted by using the mycoplasma detection kits in 291 specimens from the male patients with urogenital tract infection. Secretions from 291 cases of male patients with urogenital tract infection for Ureaplasma urealyticum（ Uu） and Mycoplasma hominis（ MH） culture and drug sensitivity test. Results Positive mycoplasma was detected in 137 cases（ 47. 1%） from the 291 patients,including 134 cases（ 46. 0%） of Uu infection,39 cases（ 13. 4%） of Mh infection,and 36 cases（ 12. 4%） of Uu ＋ Mh infection. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that mycoplasma was more sensitive to deoxyeyeline and minoem;the resistant rates of it to macrolides antibiotics were different,and mycoplasma had near 20% resistance rate to josamycin; sensitive rates to 3 quinolones were all less than 35%,and most resistance rate was to ofloxacin. Multiple drug resistance of mycoplasma was high. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection exists in the male patients with urogenital tract infection,with Uu the dominant. Mycoplasma is resistant to many kinds of antibiotics. Drug sensitivity test can provide basis for rational use of drugs for male patients with urogenital tract infection.
