摘 要:针对高度小于60m的板式小高层办公楼,从结构受力、建筑空间、抗震性能、工程造价等方面进行了综合分析。相对传统的钢筋混凝土体系,钢框架-钢支撑体系具有构件截面小、建筑布置灵活、使用空间大、结构自重轻、施工快捷等优势,可提高建筑的使用率。分析结果进一步表明,钢框架-支撑结构体系采用屈曲约束支撑,结构延性提高,抗震耗能能力增强。因此,对于高度小于60m的小高层办公楼,钢框架-屈曲约束支撑体系具有综合优势。For high rise office building with 60 m or lower in height,this paper conducts comprehensive optimization analysis on several aspects such as structural behavior, building space flexibility, seismic energy dissipation capacity, and project cost, etc. Comparing to traditional reinforced concrete structure, braced steel frame structure has advantages such as smaller member size, flexible architectural layout, larger space gain, lighter self-weight, and faster industrialized construction. Consequently, increasing space and social benefit can be obtained. From the application of buckling- restrained brace, braced steel frame structure achieves higher structural ductility, and better seismic energy dissipation capacity. Therefore,for high rise office building with below 60 m in height, buckling restrained brace steel frame structure possesses comprehensive advantages.
