试论电梯辅助制动的必要性及其可行性方案

摘　　要：指出电梯剪切事故频发与永磁同步无齿轮曳引技术未能相应地提高制动能力有关，论述了提高这类电梯制动能力的必要性。指出应开发永磁同步电机内在的电磁制动作用；针对电梯辅助制动器提出安全可靠、经济实用的方案。It is pointed out that elevator shearing accidents is caused frequently by permanent magnet synchronous non gear traction technology failed to accordingly improve the braking ability, and the necessity of improving this kind of elevator braking ability is discussed. It is pointed out that the inherent electromagnetic braking action of the permanent magnet synchronous motor should be developed. The safety, reliability, economical and practical scheme is put forward for elevator auxiliary brake.
