摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究"一带一路"战略背景下边防情报学理论创新的途径,为边防情报学理论创新寻找新的突破口,更好地服务国家战略。[方法/过程]梳理了"一带一路"战略中与边境安全和情报工作相关领域的研究进展,论证了"一带一路"战略背景下边防情报学理论创新的必要性。通过演绎思维,论证了"一带一路"战略对边防情报理论研究创新的启示。[结果/结论]"一带一路"战略背景下,边防情报学理论创新要在国家战略需求的大背景下开展,树立安全风险意识,树立"利益边疆"的理念,重新认识"边防情报"的涵义,增加海防情报的研究内容,通过智库建设和机制创新服务国家"一带一路"战略。[ Purpose/Significance ] This paper aims at researching the route of Frontier Intelligence theoretical innovation under the back-ground of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, and thus finding a new breakthrough for the frontier intelligence science theory innovation andserving the national strategy better. [ Method/Process] Through sorting out the research progress on border security and intelligence workfields in the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, this paper discusses the necessity of the innovation of frontier defense intelligence theory underthe background of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy. The deductive thinking used in the paper helps reveal the enlightenment of＂ the Belt andRoad＂ strategy for the innovation of frontier intelligence theory research. [ Result/Conclusion] Under the background of ＂ the Belt andRoad＂ strategy, frontier intelligence theory innovation should be carded out under the background of the national strategic demand, buildthe security-risk awareness, establish the ＂borderland interest＂ philosophy, reacquaint the meaning of ＂frontier intelligence＂ , enrich thecontents of coastal defense intelligence research, and give full play to the advantages of the national strategy ＂ the Belt and Road＂ viastrengthening think-tank building and mechanism innovation.
