海南省农村资金互助社监管问题研究

摘　　要：2010年以来,海南先后成立了三家农村资金互助社——海口市甲子镇龙谭农村资金互助社、三亚市崖城镇众树农村资金互助社、万宁市和乐镇和港农村资金互助社。农村资金互助社作为一种社区互助型银行业金融机构,其性质和经营特征决定了对其监管的特殊性,而有效、科学的监管能够促进农村资金互助社的可持续发展。通过对海南省三家农村资金互助社监管现状进行分析,揭示监管存在的问题及原因,并提出完善海南省农村资金互助社监管的对策建议。Since 2010,three rural fund cooperatives have been set up in Hainan—Longtan cooperative of Jiazi town in Haikou city,Zhongshu cooperative of Yacheng town in Sanya city,Hegang cooperative of Hele town in Wanning city. The nature and management feature of rural fund cooperative,which is a community mutual-aid banking institution,determines the particularity of its supervision. Effective and scientific supervision can promote the sustainable development of rural fund cooperatives. Based on analyses of the problems and reasons in supervising the above three rural fund cooperatives,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supervision of rural fund mutual cooperatives in Hainan province.
