摘　　要：本文梳理了我国当前医疗卫生系统几大问题和矛盾,总结了实施家庭医生签约服务改革对化解"看病贵、看病难"问题、应对医疗服务模式转变需求的重要作用,分析了有价值签约服务与引导有序医疗、改善疾病管理、控制医疗费用、提高满意度评价的关系以及医保支付的联动改革在其中发挥的动力作用。After mapping several major problems and contradictions in the current Chinese healthcare system,we conclude that contract service reform is the key solution to the family doctor problems of high expense and difficult medical treatment,and has significant effect on transferring healthcare pattern through the paradigm shift. We also analyze the relationship between the valuable contract service and ordered medical treatment,improved disease management,the control of healthcare costs,improving the power relations and increasing the role of linkage reform,not neglecting the positive effect of medicare payment as well.
