摘 要:文化创意产业是伴随信息时代的到来而产生的,同时也是最契合信息时代的产业组织形式,即是以个人的创意和智慧为依托,以版权保护制度为保障,以生产、经营文化产品和文化服务为主要业务范围,以满足人类社会的精神文化生活需求为本质内容的社会生产组织形式。文化创意产业的核心内容是版权产业,版权保护制度正是通过对版权产业的直接调整从而最终影响到整个文化创意产业的存在和发展。不断提高社会公众的版权保护意识、加强现行的版权行政保护和版权集体管理是促进文化创意产业发展繁荣的必备条件。Cultural and Creative Industry (CCI) is a new industry. It is the most compatible industry with the era of knowledge economy. It is the personal initiative and ability to rely on, the copyright system to protect, to the production and management of cuhural products and services as the main business, to meet the needs of people' s spiritual life as the core of social organization of production. The core content of CCI is the copyright industry, the system of copyright protection is the direct adjustment of the copyright industry, which ultimately affect the existence and development of the entire CCI. Constantly improving the existing copyright protection system is the essential condition to promote the development of CCI.
