基于因子分析和聚类分析的正常高值血压人群中医证候研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正常高值血压中医证候分布规律。方法采用流行病学调查方法,收集正常高值血压人群的四诊信息,运用统计软件SPSS 22.0对有症状患者的一般资料进行描述性统计,对常见症状进行因子分析和聚类分析。结果正常高值血压人群有头痛、头晕、腰膝酸软等36个常见症状;共提取8个公因子,涉及病性为阳亢、阴虚、痰湿,病位为肝、脾、肾;可聚为4个症状群:痰湿壅盛、阴虚阳亢、肝火炽盛、肾阳虚。结论正常高值血压人群可分为无症状组、痰湿壅盛证、阴虚阳亢证、肝火炽盛证、肾阳虚证五大类。Objective To explore the distribution rule of Chinese medical syndrome in high-normal blood pressure population. Methods Epidemiological investigation methods were adopted to collect four diagnostic information in population with high-normal blood pressure. By using statistical software SPSS 22. 0,descriptive statistics was conducted on general information of patients with symptoms. Conducted factor analysis and clustering analysis on common symptoms. Results There were 36 common symptoms in population with high-normal blood pressure,including headache,dizziness,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,etc. Totally 8 common factors and disease characters were extracted,with involved nature of disease were hyperactivity of Yang,Yin deficiency,phlegm and dampness,and with disease location in the liver,spleen and kidney. It could be clustered into 4 symptom groups： accumulation of excessive phlegm and dampness syndrome,Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome,hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome,and deficiency of kidney Yang syndrome. Conclusion Population with high-normal blood pressure could be divided into five kinds： asymptomatic group,accumulation of excessive phlegm and dampness syndrome,asthenic Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome,hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome,and deficiency of kidneyYang syndrome.
