壮药固发美髯汤治疗肝肾不足型复发性斑秃35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价壮药固发美髯汤治疗肝肾不足型复发性斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法将70例肝肾不足型复发性斑秃患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组给予口服固发美髯汤,每日1剂;对照组给予口服六味地黄丸,每次8丸,每日3次。两组均连续治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗前后脱发区评分及起效时间,并观察临床疗效及复发率。治疗过程中记录两组患者的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为91.43%,对照组为74.29%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后脱发区评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组起效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组中临床治愈12例,未见复发;对照组中临床治愈5例,3例复发,对照组复发率高于治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗组有1例出现轻度腹胀和腹泻。结论壮药固发美髯汤治疗肝肾不足型复发性斑秃具有较好的疗效,起效时间快,复发率低,安全性好,无明显副作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang nationality medicine Gufa Meiran Decoction（ 固发美髯汤） in treating liver and kidney deficiency type of recurrent alopecia areata. Methods Seventy patients with liver and kidney deficiency type of recurrent alopecia areata were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each. The treatment group was given Gufa Meiran Decoction,one dose a day; the control group was given Liuwei Dihuang Wan（ 六味地黄丸）,eight pills each time,three times a day. Both two groups were treated for 12 weeks. Hair loss area score and onset time of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect and recurrence rate were evaluated. The adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 91. 43% in the treatment group,and 74. 29% in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control groupP〈0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of the hair loss area in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0. 01）,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）. The onset time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）. In the treatment group,12 cases were cured,and with no recurrence; In the control group,5 cases were cured,3 cases relapsed,and the recurrence rate in control group was higher than that in treatment group（P〈0. 05）. In the treatment group,there were one case with mild abdominal distension and diarrhea. Conclusion Zhuang nationality medicine Gufa Meiran Decoction seems to have good curative effect,faster onset time,low recurrence rate,good safety,and no significant side effects in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of recurrent alopecia areata.
